Neil Flores Capangpangan founded ARCHINETRON after more than two decades of professional experience as a Design Principal and Consulting Architect to several hospitality design firms. His quick ability to deliver solutions to complex design problems, equipped with strong rendering communication skills made him well suited for every project types and a key reasons for the company’s repeat and satisfied clients. Neil’s extensive experience includes designing luxury resorts and hospitality, mixed use, retail, high rise residential, luxury residences, corporate office, cultural, and master planning projects. Neil obtained his Bachelors of Architecture degree from Cebu Institute of Technology, Philippines and Graduate studies at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design. He is a registered architect in multiple states and licensed to practice in both United States and the Philippines.

Prior to founding ARCHINETRON, he had worked and collaborated with several world’s leading hospitality, corporate and retail firms such as WATG, BBG , RJTR, Smallwood, John Portman and Cadiz International. He was responsible for the design of several successful resort destination across the globe which includes the winning design for the 1000 rm. Loews, Universal Studios Resort -Orlando, The Siam Kempinski Hotel and Residences -Bangkok Thailand, Ritz Carlton at Grande Lakes Resort in Orlando and most recently, Riyadh’s $15B Qiddiya Anime Themepark Hotel & Resorts and master plan which is part of Saudi Arabia’s vision for 2030.

Neil’s approach to architecture is treated like a blank canvas that produces a holistic work of art which embodies culture, history, environmental sensitivity, and design innovations. Considering his client’s main goals such as project timeline and budget, he always makes sure there’s a proper balance between design excellence and profitability. One of his goal is to continue to design projects incorporating sustainable design strategies that will make a lasting impact to each users and will last for generations.

Albert Ascalon graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Architecture Degree and has varied experience in science and technology, Urban hotels, high rise corporate offices and mixed use developments with construction value in the $150 million range. Prior to moving back to Asia, he was able to develop strong technical solutions and organize the production and delivery of construction documents for large-scale and complex projects while he was in the US working with TVS Design, HDR, Smallwood, John Portman, Spector Group w/ Richard Meier Architect and Smith Carter, Inc Architects & Engineers. Albert has completed projects in New York, Atlanta, Colorado, Virginia, California, Kyrgyztan and the Philippines. Albert Ascalon is an associate member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

Albert has proven track record of excellence in technical and contract document production with demonstrated experience and ability to successfully develop client programs and design- meeting quality, cost and schedule requirements. Competent in construction administration, on-site review and interfacing with contractors. Deep knowledge of building codes, building/material science, specifications and construction techniques.

EDUARDO DJ MENDOZA

EXECUTIVE DESIGN DIRECTOR

Education: UNIVERSITY OF SANTO TOMAS, MANILA , BS Architecture 1980

For about 35 years of experience, Eduardo has designed award winning international mixed-use development, hotels and resorts. Some of the notable built or under design progress include the Novotel Myanmar, Three Island Resort & Hotel Maldives, Four Season Hyderabad, The District GVR Las Vegas, Four Points Lagoi Bay, Khamala Mountain Resort & Hotel.

Prior to joining ARCHINETRON as Executive Design Director , Eduardo was a Senior Lead Designer to several world renown architecture firms such as Callison RTKL - Seattle, JMA Architecture- Las Vegas, Smallwood- Singapore.

Eduardo is involved in the analysis of client concern. He worked directly with client to conceive and develop architecture solution to the issue, initiates and create design that balance architecture and science as well as implementing new trends of technology in hospitality planning and construction.

Eduardo holds a Bachelor Of Architecture degree from the University of Santo Tomas , Manila. A winning designer for several design competitions and world class projects that includes Dubai Mall expansion by EMAAR, The Berth at Sentosa Cove, Saddityat Soho River Edge Development, Abu Dhabi , 75 hectare Mountain Resort, Hotel and Luxury Villas, Khamala Phuket. In addition, he is one of the Panelist Speaker to major hospitality and retail conferences such as Hospitality Asia, MIPIM, ICSC. A world class architectural illustrator he teaches and mentors art and design to future architects in several UAP conferences.

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Diamond oversees the management of ARCHINETRON, from financial planning and day to day administration. She provides counsel on all aspects of the business and participates in contract negotiations and communications. She is also in charge of human resource, marketing and operations.

EMILY SILVA

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Education: St Paul College I Cebu Institute of Technology

Emily Silva joined ARCHINETRON as a Director of Business Development in the Philippines. Prior to joining NFC, she was a real estate professional with years of experience assisting and helping clients on their investments needs. She was responsible for closing several types of investment deals such as single family residence, residential subdivision lots and high rise condominium properties. Her attention to detail and vast knowledge of properties and development in the Philippines specifically in the Visayas region of Cebu made her the best suited realtor and marketing professional.

Highly skilled in 3d modeling software , Neil Isaiah leverages his knowledge of technology to create exceptional designs for ARCHINETRON. He started working as an architecture apprentice at an early age while he was a middle school student. He is a team player and able to deliver excellent results specially during pressing deadlines. He is also an avid photographer and co-founder of SALT, a creative studio based in Atlanta. He enjoys playing violin and spend time outdoors- mountain climbing, during his spare time.
