THE HAMMERHEAD HOTEL- OLD HANGLAS SITE COMPETITION
LOCATION: BUSAN, SOUTH KOREA
The Hammerhead Hotel was part of the Maritime Star City (Old Hanglas Site Masterplan) competition, a 14 hectare property of former industrial factory site in Busan. Located on the southwest portion of the site, this 40story mixed use “Hammerhead” Hotel & Condominium Residences is the jewel of the Star City complex. It’s sophisticated organic forms evokes fluidity and elegance. It has a separate drive entry/exit point for privacy and security. The 5 star hotel features a grand atrium, state of the art conference facilities and luxury spa, and lagoon pool. The upper floors where luxury condo residences are located, will share the same amenities the hotel offers and has a panoramic view of the ocean.
